Nach 2,5 Wochen Kolumbienreise wollten wir ein ordentliches Frühstücksbuffet, hier wurden wir nicht enttäuscht, Buffet ist sehr groß und lecker. Hotel ist ca. 25min mit dem Taxi vom Zentrum entfernt, Taxikosten sind jedoch gering (ca. 4-5€) Ebenfalls kann man vom Hotel einen Transport bestellen, im Hotel ist ein Gym sowie Sauna und Dampfbad vorhanden. Zimmer sind groß und Wasserstrahl ist gut.

Das Zimmer hatte eine phantastische Aussicht und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tollen Aufenthalt dort gehabt. Wenn ich wieder nach Bogota fliege dann gehe ich wieder dort hin.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles
Impossible d'un late check out, alors que l'hôtel semble vide. Les gens à la réception ont été incapable d'indiquer un marché en ville ou un endroit pour acheter des souvenirs. Pas de mini bar. Pas de chauffage ni de climatisation quand il fait 12° dehors, il fait froid dans la chambre. Le seul point positif est le petit déjeuner. Ce n'est clairement pas un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Angenehmes Hotel
Alles in Ordnung. Der Ausblick vom 11. Stockwerk ist toll. Jedoch sind die Fenster nicht wirklich Schalldicht, dadurch kann es je nach Uhrzeit recht laut sein. Wer sich an Straßenlärm stört sollte das Hotel meiden. Das Bad ist schön und das Bett bequem. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Das Frühstück war an 3 von 4 Tagen einfach genial und an einem wirklich enttäuschend.

The food at the hotel is a bit expensive- got a small bowl of soup and was $10. Also, my bathroom had female hair under the vanity. I checked in an hour early and the staff member did not charge me this time.

Was an ok stay. I checked in 2 hours early and was told I’m being charged $40 , I obliged since I travel for a whole day and needed rest. But feel this was excessive for 2 hours away from my check in. The meals for lunch and dinner are a bit expensive compared to local food, they also ask if you want to tip but don’t show you how much. The front counter staff are super nice and very helpful.

El hotel huele a limpio, las habitaciones limpias y amplias y servicio y la comida del restaurante excelente, pero durante mi estancia un día se fue la luz en el piso que yo estaba y ellos no hicieron nada para cambiarme a otro piso a pesar que les dije que tenía que salir . Tuve que cancelar mis planes de esa noche porque no tenía cómo arreglarme en la oscuridad, mi cargador del celular se quemó por el va y ven que tenía la luz , pese a que se lo informe nunca hicieron nada.

El servicio del personal es muy bueno, Pero la propiedad está en muy mal estado. Las letras del hotel Radisson pegadas con cinta pega te. La recepción lobby no es nada agradable a la vista, Sabemos que Bogotá muchos hoteles no usan aire acondicionado por el clima pero esta vez hacía demasiado calor en Bogotá y la solución para no tener las habitaciones caliente es muy deprimente unos abanicos que ni en el campo ni abuela.
