The front desk lady was very polite and said that she would give us a $50 refund. My husband told her that we would try to find another hotel. We did. My husband went back and told the front desk lady that we had found another hotel. She said that she would give us a full refund but it is not showing yet on our online bank account. ...

„They had no power when I checked in. I have POTS and can't tolerate the heat. I left to drive around for a bit and came back late evening to still no power. I had no choice but but to find lodging elsewhere before bedtime since they had no idea how long it would be out. I didn't stay even 1 night. I requested a refund 4 times (never heard back the first 3 times). Finally, I was told the owner refused to refund because it wasn't his/her fault their power was out. It wasn't my fault either. „Good place to stay...“

„It had some good, some not as good. Room was clean, bed was decent, good pressure in the shower and it was quiet. AC was slow to cool and kept it close to comfortable but that’s all it could manage. Coffee maker in the room, weak coffee and the condiments package had dried out sugar and creamer. No vending machines on the property that I saw. That being said, it was comfortable enough and the rate was very good.“

„Everything was nice the only complaint is that we ask for more towels and our trash to be emptied and it wasn’t done. We took it out ourselves to the dumpster and went and got clean towels! Also the end door to the outside would not close so I felt was unsafe due to anyone could come in with a room key!“
