E. Boca Heated Pool Home/1 Mile to Beach + Mizner

Enjoy a renovated East Boca Raton home with a private pool and fenced backyard, approximately one mile from the beach, Mizner Park, and downtown Boca. The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Pool heating is available on request; see fees and options below.

The bright kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, granite counters, an island with seating for four, and a dining table for six. The living room has a Smart TV, electric fireplace, and a pull-out couch. An air-conditioned Florida room offers another place to relax, with a sectional, Smart TV, and doors leading to the pool.

Each bedroom has a queen bed and Smart TV. The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and private bathroom with a shower; the second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Wi-Fi, a workspace, washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.

Outside, enjoy the pool, lounge chairs, umbrellas, a gazebo with dining space for six, and a Weber gas grill. The circular driveway provides parking.

Traveling with children? The home includes bikes, strollers, Pack ’n Plays, high chairs, a toddler bed, beach gear, and pool toys. Guests have private use of the house and can check in with a lockbox. The host lives nearby and is available by call or text.

Florida Atlantic University, Boca beaches, Mizner Park, Royal Palm Place, and downtown Boca are nearby. Deerfield Beach and Delray Beach are also within reach.

Fees and options: A $150 cleaning fee applies per stay. One cat or dog is welcome with a $150 pet fee per stay. For seven or eight guests, each guest beyond six is $50 per person per night. Pool heating is optional at $25 per night; please request it before your stay.

No parties or large gatherings. No smoking inside. Please do not move furniture or connect game consoles to the TVs.
