The Space:

As you approach your getaway, a wave of comfort envelops you. Stepping into the cabin, you’ll immediately sense that “I never want to leave” feeling. The open living, dining, and kitchen area invites you, your friends, and family to engage in lively conversations while you prepare for the day in the well-equipped kitchen.

Downtown Historical Blue Ridge is about 10mn. Here you will find several restaurants. there are hiking trails off the Aska Rd, gem mining for kids and kayaking and tubing in the taccoa river. Also on the Aska Rd is the very popular Toccoa River side Restaurant. This restaurant was named in the top 10 in GA.



On cool mornings, snuggle up by the gas fireplace with a blanket and a steaming cup of coffee. The main level features two cozy bedrooms that share a bathroom. Upstairs, you'll discover a spacious bedroom with an attached bath featuring double sinks, along with a porch where you can unwind and enjoy the tranquility of nature.



The wrap around porch is perfect for barbecuing on the grill, relaxing in rocking chairs, or soaking in the hot tub to start your day right. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for a warm and memorable experience under the stars.



Please note:

❗The driveway is steep and can be challenging during harsh weather conditions.

❗The TV on the back porch is currently not working in the meantime and may need replacement. All other TVs in the home are functioning normally. We just wanted to provide a heads-up.





Lone Oak Ln is about a 10mn drive to downtown Blue Ridge, 20mn to Ellijay. There is hiking on aska rd.



* House Rules: NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home.

*GARBAGE: Please keep a bungie cord on the outside bin at all times to prevent the bears from getting into the garbage.

• PETS: Pets are permitted on the premises, dogs only (no cats). There is a fenced in back yard, however we ask that you pick up after their deposits outside. There is a pet fee of $125/per pet up to 2 pets. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.

• NO PARTIES: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed unless pre-approved. Only the number of guests listed at booking are allowed in the house.

• DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items and agree to pay the retail value for any such items.

• LOCAL GUEST BOOKING POLICY: Locals must first contact host prior to booking. Failure to do so may result in cancelation without the possibility of a refund.

* QUIET HOURS: 11pm-8am

* Other things to note: • You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation. • Eligible refunds may incur a 3% credit card processing fee which will be deducted from the refunded amount. * All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.
