The Cherokee Rose is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath cabin with an additional custom 4-twin sleeping loft and an incredible outdoor space. And it's only 5 miles from downtown Blue
Ridge! The cabin has breathtaking layered views, starting with the master balcony and finishing with a luxe deck expanding out over the Appalachian mountains.

Walk in the front door to an open floor plan with a newly updated kitchen and a stunning separate Dining room. The adjacent Living room is immaculately decorated, with a showcase 2-story stone fireplace and gracious leather couches. And all this opens out to a wrap-around deck with amazing views, and plenty of rockers to enjoy them! There's also an al fresco dining area with the best “view from a grill” in Blue Ridge! Off the kitchen is a en suite King bedroom with its own access to the deck and two designated rockers.

Upstairs you'll find the newly built custom loft overlooking the Living room with 4 private twin bed nooks and also a Master bedroom with its own King bed, 55” TV and en suite bathroom, including a luxurious tub and separate shower. The suite's balcony, perfect for morning Ellijay coffee or an afternoon glass of Bearclaw Chardonnay, has it's own amazing Blue Ridge view!
Downstairs leads to a second casual Living area with a cozy fireplace, 65” TV, shuffleboard and a separate pool table area. There's a charming third Queen bedroom and also a Full Bath and you just have to walk out the back door from the 2nd Living room to the hot tub, huge outdoor fire pit and resort-style overlook area with its own custom built-in and café seating, fire tables and café lights. This is where your entire group can relax and unwind together while overlooking the magnificent Appalachian Mountains.

Around Town:
Even though you won't ever want to leave the Cherokee Rose, there's so much to do in Blue Ridge and the surrounding areas. For the adventurers, there's Lake Blue Ridge and all kinds of water sports to be enjoyed. Definitely grab a bite or a beer at the Marina, a local favorite, afterwards! Embrace the natural wonder of the Aska Adventure Region and make the trek to the incredible Toccoa Swinging Bridge. The area is also a farm to table mecca with numerous fabulous wineries, cideries and orchards (a visit to Mercier Orchards is a must!) and wonderful restaurants like the Black Sheep downtown.
There's plenty of classic family fun as well, from the Swan Drive-In to the iconic Blue Ridge Scenic Railway and Expedition Big Foot museum! There's no way not to have a perfect vacation here, in any season!
Guest access:
There is paved road access all the way up Sunrock Mountain, easily accessed in a 2wd vehicle. And in front of the cabin, there is plenty of paved parking in the driveway for guests.
Things to note
After each guest, we thoroughly clean the hot tub to ensure it's in pristine condition for your enjoyment. However, please note that the hot tub will not be immediately heated to your desired temperature upon your arrival. It takes some time for the water to heat up to the desired temperature, so we ask that you adjust the temperature as soon as you arrive if you plan on using the hot tub during your stay.
For health reasons, the hot tub should bever be set above 104 degrees.
Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. However, to benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out. The damage waiver serves as a replacement for the conventional security deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 30+ days before arrival: 100% refund (minus Processing Fee)
Cancel 14+ days before arrival: 50% refund (minus Processing Fee)
Cancel fewer than 14 days before arrival: No refund
A non-refundable 4% Processing Fee applies to all reservations and is not returned in the event of cancellation.

This property requires a separate rental agreement to be reviewed and signed after booking. A link to the full agreement will be sent through the Airbnb message thread in your booking confirmation. It includes guest and property details, stay dates, fees, house rules (e.g., no parties, no smoking, pet rules), cancellation terms, and guest/host responsibilities. Please note that check-in instructions will only be released after the rental agreement is signed.
☞︎ No smoking is allowed (including vaping) anywhere on the property. If you smoke inside the home, you will be charged $500. You will be charged an increase in a cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
☞︎ Person booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole booking.
☞︎ No parties or events are allowed. We are located in a residential community and, although this is may be a vacation destination, the area is predominantly families and professionals. This is doubtless part of its appeal to you too! Between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.
☞︎ Maximum occupancy of 11 people. Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest.
☞︎ Pets are allowed. Up to two dogs under 65 pounds each are welcome for an additional fee plus taxes per pet, per stay. Dogs may only be left unattended in the cabin if they are crated. Please be sure to remove any dog waste from the yard and all public areas before departure. A $250 additional cleaning fee will be charged if waste is not properly cleaned up or if pets have been allowed on the furniture. Additional fees may also be assessed for any damage or excessive cleaning required due to pets.
☞︎ Fireplaces cannot be used between April 1 and September 30. Use of the fireplace during this time will result in a $250 fine. Be sure the flue is open. Please extinguish the fire and close the screen before leaving the home or going to bed. Turn off gas logs (if applicable), but leave the pilot light on. Do not move the gas logs in the fireplace. NEVER LEAVE A FIRE UNATTENDED WHEN LEAVING THE HOME OR GOING TO BED.
☞︎ Guest acknowledges that the cabin is located in the mountains of North Georgia. As such, you are likely to encounter wildlife (deer, bears, raccoons, snakes and bugs of various types, including wasps and/or hornets, etc). Guest agrees to not feed wildlife and keep a safe distance.
☞︎ We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather-related travel issues (snow storms, heat waves etc.) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.
☞︎ If an item is left behind, we're happy to help return it. A $75 flat fee applies to locate, package, and ship forgotten items within the continental U.S. Payment is required before the item is shipped. Additional fees may apply for oversized, heavy, or expedited shipments. Items not requested within 14 days may be donated or discarded at our discretion.
☞︎Unapproved late checkouts may result in a $50 fee per hour (or partial hour) past the scheduled checkout time. If the delay interferes with the cleaning schedule or the next guest's arrival, additional charges may apply.
