Find the Joy offers a wonderful retreat experience featuring two living areas and a spacious loft sitting area. The great room's exposed timber framing and cathedral ceilings create a welcoming and impressive first impression for guests. The living room has a stacked stone gas fireplace that guests will marvel at while relaxing on the spacious sectional after a day of hiking and making new memories along the Blue Ridge Parkway. The back deck is accessible from the living room and offers comfortable seating while enjoying the privacy of the wooded lot. The chef in your group will be pleased with the fully stocked kitchen with ample cabinet and counter space, including an island, to aid in the prep work. The stainless steel appliances are awaiting your next meal. The dining table seats eight, while the bar accommodates five more guests. Outside, guests are treated to an expansive vaulted covered sitting area and stacked stone wood-burning fireplace, perfect for making S'mores. Grill up burgers or fresh veggies from the farmer's market on the gas grill. Upstairs, the loft sitting area offers a peaceful space to read a book or play a game from the bookshelf. The custom twig railing offers comfort and warmth to the loft. The lower level provides a second living space to watch a favorite movie via the projector and theatre screen. There is also a game closet stocked with board games for the whole family to enjoy around the game table.

Find the Joy is a grand five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home accommodating sixteen guests. The master bedroom is on the main floor and features a king bed, access to the back deck, and a private bathroom. The ensuite has double vanities and a step-in shower. Three additional bedrooms are on the top floor. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and ensuites. The large bonus room over the garage sleeps six in one queen bed, one full bed, a twin bed, and a twin trundle. This sleeping area also has a private bathroom. The lower level is home to the fifth sleeping area, which accommodates four in two queen beds. The downstairs den also provides a queen sleeper sofa. There is a shared full bathroom on the lower level.

Additional amenities include WiFi, central heating and cooling, a washing machine and dryer, and a powder room on the main level. The Smart TVs allow guests to access personal streaming accounts. This home is not pet-friendly. The gravel driveway has room for three vehicles, with two additional parking spots in the garage. Please be advised that exterior security cameras are in place. Winter guests should prepare for inclement weather with AWD or 4WD and tire chains.
