Cute, retro 2 BR, 1 BA, pet friendly cottage with a yard and hot tub, within easy walking distance to Main Street in downtown Blowing Rock!  Morris Cottage is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy local restaurants, events and shopping with a minimum of fuss.  The cabin has Spectrum cable TV, Internet, and WiFi, and plenty of parking!    Enjoy dinner outside on the front deck or relax in the hot tub after hiking on the many nearby trails or skiing at nearby Appalachian Ski Mountain.  The cottage isn't upscale, but it is a solid place to stay, close to all the action in downtown Blowing Rock, at a reasonable rate.



The cozy living room has a Queen sleeper sofa, rocker recliner and television with sound bar. The adjacent kitchen includes a full size refrigerator and icemaker, Keurig K-Cup coffee maker, electric range and oven, dinnerware, cutlery, glassware and cookware. The dining table in the kitchen provides a place for a snack or a sit down meal for four.



The two Queen bedrooms each have a television and share a hallway bath with tub/shower combination and plenty of fluffy towels.  There central heat to keep you warm and cozy, througout the house, even in the winter, and the owners installed central AC this year, to keep you cool in the summer.



A full size laundry room makes it easy to keep up with the laundry in a minimum of time.



Bring your four legged pal...requires approval. You will love staying at Morris Street Cottage!

Pet Rules: 

Pets allowed with approval - a maximum of 2 dogs under 40 lbs.

Your dog(s) must be fully housetrained and current on vaccinations and Flea & Tick preventative; cannot be left loose or unattended at any time; must be crated if you leave them home alone, crate(s) not supplied; pets are not allowed on the furniture and you must clean up any hair in the home upon your departure; Please make sure to clean up the yard after your dogs; if there is a hot tub, dogs are not allowed in it. There is a non refundable and taxable pet fee per dog.

Late Check-out or Early Check-in at 1:00 PM:  Must be requested and approved 48 hours in advance. A taxable fee for approved Late Check-out and Early Check-in will be applied.
