Sorry you had problems with the WIFI. It was non-existent during your stay. We had a storm which ligtning hit two doors down from us. The whole street was affected. Charter had to service several on the street. We had to have a router replace. It was fixed by the next day. Maybe you can give us another try someday

We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. I know you were upset when you arrived because it was snowing very hard. When confirming your room, you were asked if you had 4 wheel drive because the roads were bad, you said"yes". But when arriving you only had front wheel dirve. You wanted to cancel because we had snow in the parking lot and lots of snow on our street. You were informed you could. You wanted to go to a hotel with no snow. You were able to get in the parking lot. Your room was beside the office so that was easy to get in. I was not being rude to you, you were just really upset about the snow. As for the towels , we are sorry. We do not put dirty towels in the rooms. I could have gotten you more. But you were still upset about the snow.. We hope you had a safe trip home

So sorry you had problems with your room. You did not say anything to us upon check in, during, or check out about the problems you had with your room. Maybe we could have upgraded you to a different room or something else. We dont know which room you were in so we can address these problems you had. We hope you still enjoyed Blowing Rock

Sorry you did not like your room. the air conditioner was very cold so made the room damp. This room was checked on check out. The machine in your room is not a dehumidifier but a air purifier. These were put in every room during Covid. We have left them in the rooms. This room is not damp. As for the slope in the floor, you were informed of the slight slope on check in. You said you were good with this. Or you could have been moved to a different room. We have lots of different rooms. Maybe you can get you into a different one next time. We hope you enjoyed your visit to Blowing Rock.

Thank you for your very kind review. All beds are firms and they are all within 3 years old. Sorry you did not like them. The outside lights are security lights they can not be turned off.
