​​​​​​​Inside Sparrow, polished mountain magic meets comfort and sophistication across a spacious multi-level floorplan featuring four king suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom for exceptional privacy and comfort. The spa-like bathrooms feature custom tiled showers and upscale finishes designed to elevate your stay.

The main level welcomes you with an open-concept living space framed by a stunning wall of windows that fills the home with natural light and peaceful lake views. Relax around the stacked stone gas fireplace, gather for meals in the spacious dining area, or prepare favorites in the well-appointed kitchen. Step outside onto the deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air, lake views, and a convenient gas grill. Just outside the house, guests will also find a community charcoal grill and picnic area.

The main level features two king suites. The primary suite offers deck access, a TV, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a custom tiled shower. A second king bedroom also includes a TV and private ensuite bath.

Downstairs, two additional king suites provide even more room to spread out. The lower-level primary suite features its own gas fireplace, TV, and private ensuite bath, while the fourth bedroom includes a large TV and another beautifully tiled ensuite bathroom.

Guests enter through the resort guardhouse; no gate code is required for check-in.
Exterior security cameras are in place for safety purposes only. One doorbell camera is located at the front entry, and a second exterior camera monitors the kitchen-side entrance and downstairs exterior entry area.
