It is also unfortunate that you arrived during a busy football weekend. This most certainly increased the traffic on the highway. Since it was a busy weekend, we were unable to move you on the same day as your AC troubles. My staff was therefore able to move you as soon as another room came available. Since issues such as mechanical difficulties and hotel location are outside of our control, we are unable to reimburse you as you were able to complete your stay.
