„The property itself was great but there are a few areas that could be improved, particularly the pillows and breakfast. The pillows were very uncomfortable and lacked proper support. Providing firmer or more supportive pillow options would greatly enhance guest comfort. The complimentary buffet breakfast was great however there were limited meat options available. Most of the hot dishes appeared to be processed foods so a wider selection of fresh protein choices would be welcome. Since the ...

„Only one type of communication is through WhatsApp messages. Very hard to solve the problem. I’m trying to get my deposit refund but after a month, I’ve been trying to contact, still don’t get any answer. “

On top der kostenfreie Airport Shuttle!“

„It says there is a Restaurant & bar there on Wotifs page. There is not. Kuala lumpur is a warm place & it would be good if there was a fridge in your room & maybe some tea & coffee to go with the cups & kettle. Otherwise you get what you pay for & it was ok.“

„For the price it offered a comfortable and convenient no frills stay. All the basics but no amenities. Meanwhile, everything you need is within walking distance, so easy to get. Very friendly staff, eager to please. I would stay again.“

„Alles TOP!“

„Definitely do not recommend. In addition to a horrible check in process, they started randomly asking us for security deposits. The apartment was wildly overpriced—we had a far better stay in a much posher area for much cheaper. Look elsewhere and get a better place to stay, if you can.“

„Solo travel, just needed a crash pad for the night near the airport, which this was great for with plenty of eating out options nearby“

„The room was very nice. The balcony had no furniture, so you could not sit there.“

„This is classified as a 4 star property and it has the amenities but not the maintenance. Our kitchenette had cockroaches through it, the bathroom was very mouldy with poor ventilation and it smelt terrible. I could see this being a 4 star when it first opened but I wouldn’t say it is now. Beware also poor communication from this hotel. The staff seemed nice enough in person but even Expedia couldn’t get through to them in the phone when I asked for help to confirm whether reception closed  ...

„All good and helpful. Clean and tidy. But not easy to get there.“

„Gepflegtes sauberes Hotel.

„It took only maximum 10 Mins walk from lrt station to the hotel. The room is very clean. You'll get towels, blanket and soaps. Unfortunately you have to bring your own shampoo, toothbrush and paste. The hotel staff was kind. Although he couldn't prove my booking number at expedia, he let me stay for that night. Overall it was a really nice hotel for that price range.“
