„We hosted my boyfriend’s 30th birthday here- and it was perfect! The different sleeping locations allowed all of our groups of friends to comfortably relax and spread out. We all took a short drive to Pedernales for a hike (40ish minutes), but spent most of our time enjoying the property. The pool, hot tub, game room (No AC but they provided great fans!), multiple kitchens and bathrooms made hosting a large crowd easy. Plus, all of the beds were comfortable! The space heaters tripped the circuit breaker our first night, but they were quick to address it and comped us a day for the hassle, which was very considerate.
