Hot Tub Use

Pet Policy (Dogs Only)

• $75 per dog for 2–4 night stays

Hot Tub & Amenity Use
• Follow posted hot tub guidelines, adhere to guest limits, and replace the cover after use.
• A $150 maintenance fee may apply if the hot tub is left cloudy, dirty, or damaged due to misuse.
• Guests assume responsibility for safe use of all amenities, including the hot tub, fire pit, and grill (if applicable).
Sauna Use & Safety
• Sauna use is at your own risk. Guests assume full responsibility for safe and appropriate use.
• Children must be supervised and may not use the sauna alone.
• Do not use if pregnant, under the influence, or if you have heart conditions, blood pressure issues, or heat sensitivity. Consult a medical professional if unsure.
• Limit session duration and exit immediately if feeling unwell.
• Do not add water, oils, or substances to the heater unless explicitly permitted.
• Use towels on benches.
• Damage from improper use will be charged to the guest.
By using the sauna, guests acknowledge and accept all associated risks and release the owner from liability related to injury, illness, or misuse.
