You have access to the entire Cabin and the entire 1-acre property the Cabin sits on. There are some small trails you can explore (please be careful) and even some blackberry and raspberry bushes located along the right side of the driveway. They are best during the end of June, July, and early August. Help yourself to as many as you want. If you don't eat them, our friendly Deer or Bears will eat them.

☆☆ BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS ☆☆
Each of the cabin’s three bedrooms are designed with guest comfort in mind. Fall asleep in our comfy beds and wake up refreshed for another exciting (or relaxing!) day in the mountains.

There are three stylish bedrooms with a king-sized bed on the upper level, a queen size bed on the main level, and a queen size bed on the lower level.

Just like the bedrooms, all three full bathrooms are made for ultimate comfort and relaxation. All of the bathrooms are stocked with Hand soap, toilet paper and plush towels for your convenience and comfort.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆

As you enter the cabin, you are greeted by a welcoming, coffee and tea, bar, equipped with a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker. The dining area, featuring a table for six, offers a perfect spot for family meals.

To the right, you will see the newly renovated, state-of-the-art kitchen, offering plenty of room to comfortably host family dinners and is outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher pods, and appliances you will need to cook delicious meals.

☆☆ LOUNGE SPACES ☆☆

There are three separate indoor lounge spaces around the cabin: one on the main level, one on the lower level, and one in the upper-level loft.

Adjacent to the kitchen on the main level is the cozy living room, furnished with two comfortable couches and a beautiful gas, fireplace, providing warmth and ambiance.

The lower-level lounge is down the stairs and to the left. This is where our game room is. This entertaining haven comes with a convertible, pool/ping-pong/hockey table, a Pac-Man console, a pinball machine, a dartboard, and a hook and ring toss game. Additionally, the game room includes a TV and various boardgames for endless entertainment , a daybed with a trundle bed underneath provides extra sleeping space. With a bedroom and bathroom on the other side of the stairs, the lower level is perfect for both kiddos and adults!

The upstairs loft is uniquely designed to be a relaxing space where you can fully immerse yourself into the pages of your next read or doze off while watching your favorite show or sporting event on the 50 inch, Smart TV. The couch also converts to a sleeper sofa giving the kids an extra spot to pile up for a movie night.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

While there are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, the cabin also provides its own outdoor sanctuary for guests to enjoy. Outside, you can gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings with family and friends. The gas grill is available for barbecues (propane is available at Walmart 2.5 miles away), and the deck and patio area provide ample, seating, tables, and a swing for enjoying the breathtaking views and beautiful sunsets over Lake Nottely and the Blue Ridge Mountains. There are plenty of seating areas for guests to sip morning coffee or enjoy a happy hour drink.

To enhance your protection, this property is equipped with 2 Ring cameras featuring audio capabilities situated at the exterior of the house. The camera will be actively recording the following areas throughout the duration of your reservation:

Please be assured that the camera is configured to respect your privacy and does not have visibility into any interior spaces.

The cabin has a gas fireplace, an awesome game room, and a nice fire pit outside. There is also a small trail in the back yard that kids will enjoy hiking. (The trail is nothing crazy but our kids love using their imagination on it. Lol) There is a drop off at the end of the property so be VERY careful.

You have a nice view (in the winter time) of Lake Nottely which is right across the street from the property line. This lake is great for the avid fisherman. There is a marina less than 3 minutes away that you can rent a boat for the day. The lake is also great for Kayaking and paddle boarding.

Blairsville has too many great restaurants to count... They have every type of food you can think of. If you are a breakfast person, you have to try The Saw Mill Place. which is 4 minutes away from the cabin

If you are the adventure type, there are a lot of trails and water falls within 20 to 30 minutes of the cabin. Here are a list of Water Falls near the cabin:
