„Beautiful hotel! The location is perfect as across the street starts downtown & ski lift is near by! I love the views from the room! Super beautiful! The one downside is the inside accessibility in regards to getting to your room, there are a lot of stairs up & down leading to rooms. Beautiful rooms & staff is super nice!!!! The buffet was awesome as well! Definitely recommend!!!! I will be returning. “

„Every yeat we stay at Regnum hotel and it is always perfect. They have made renovation of the main hall and it looks beautiful. Since we always book family apartment with kitchen, there are plates, glasses but never any dishes to make food - sinple soup or pasta. “

Ich hatte ein sehr kleines Zimmer für ein 5☆ Hotel.
Das Essen war aber gut und das Personal ist unglaublich nett.
Also ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.“

„The hotel is very nicely designed, the room was modern and comfortable. The location is also great - very close to Bansko, but not in the middle of the chaos. Small, but very good SPA.
Disappointing was that the room was not cleaned well. There were small rests of food all over the floor in several rooms. This happens sometimes, but then it should be corrected. We called the personal, but they acted very arrogantly and didn't really clean the room. This is unacceptable for such a hotel!“

„Wir waren das 2.Mal im Casa Karina. Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Große Zimmer, gute Betten, schöner Spa, nettes Personal und das Essen war wieder lecker. Aber... leider nicht warm genug. Schade. Dafür eine große Auswahl.

We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides ...

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious, which added to the comfort of our stay. Another highlight was the large and varied breakfast selection, which exceeded our expectations.
On the downside, the hotel is a bit outdated, particularly the spa area, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, having a car is essential as the location is not very convenient for public transportation.
Overall, the price-to-performance ratio was good, and despite the minor drawbacks, we enjoyed our time here."
