„Wir waren für 10 Tage im Hotel. Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Platz im Kleiderschrank war leider etwas begrenzt. Das Frühstück war gut, aber auf Dauer etwas entönig. Der Spa Bereich ist nett, aber wir haben ihn wegen guten Wetters kaum genutzt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Zimmerservice perfekt. Uns hat es insgesamt sehr gut gefallen.“

„Ich war geschäftlich für 2 mal 5 Nächte dort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und auch während des Aufenthalts war der Service und das Personal nahezu perfekt! Das "gehobene" Restaurant ist nichts für den schmalen Geldbeutel, daher kann ich über die Qualität hier nichts schreiben.... Dafür ist das kleine Restaurant neben dem Wellnessbereich sehr gut und auch bezahlbar. Der Wellness & Spa Bereich hat alles was man braucht. Ist auch sehr sauber. „Hotel Mercure went the extra mile to accommodate our need for a ground floor room for our disabled dog. All communications were prompt and courteous, and when we checked on the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. This all helped ease the issues of travelling with a beloved disabled pet and we really appreciated all they did for us. Would definitely recommend them, and definitely stay there again should we return to Chester. “
