All areas of the home and property are open for guests use except for the garage which is used for owner storage.

This 4-bedroom, 2 full bath, 1 half-bath house features an open living space with large bedrooms for up to 6 guests. The home offers a cozy feel while having a lot of room and open space. The kitchen and dining area looks out to the back yard and sunroom, which can be accessed through the main living space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, sink and island for preparing food. The kitchen is filled with plenty of cookware, plates and items to make your stay comfortable: Keurig, Toaster and Large Refrigerator. There is a half-bath located at the bottom of the stairs. Master bedroom is located upstairs with a King bed and master bathroom. There are two bedrooms upstairs with Queen beds and another bedroom with two twin beds. Additionally, there is a full bathroom located in the upstairs hallway.

Laundry room is located on the lower-level and features washer and dryer and is equipped with detergent and cleaning supplies. There is a half-bath on this level as well along with a pool table for guest entertainment.

An outdoor hangout area can be accessed through the lower-level living area.

Approximately 1.64 miles from Merrimac Road (Route 657). The property offers parking accommodations for guests, with space available for up to four vehicles in the driveway.

- Pets are allowed, but an additional pet fee is required, so pets must be included on reservation.
- Home has WIFI and connection is strong
- Absolutely no parties allowed any parties will result in a canceled reservation and immediately being asked to leave
-Garage is not included in rental
- Fireplaces are not to be used by guests.
- Pets allowed with additional $100 pet fee.
- The yard is fenced in, to close it off completely you must shut the front gate at the driveway.
