Poorly Listed, Friend Groups should Avoid!
It’s a shame to leave a poor review like this for such a cute place, but unfortunately the inaccuracy of the listing gave our party quite a bit of trouble.This location does not sleep 8 adults as listed. There is only bed space for 6, with maybe some children on couches if your party is comfortable with that. We had to buy a nearby hotel room to make up for the space.There are not 3 bedrooms as listed. There are 2, the bunk beds are not in a room, they just open out into the living room with zero privacy. The photos were conveniently cropped to obscure this fact.There is no wifi as listed. The listing says the owner will contact you with wifi info, we were simply told to “stay unplugged” which caused a significant communication barrier between ourselves and folks nearby given minimal cell service in the area.In addition to these inaccuracies, the first floor bathroom door does not fully close, allowing for anyone in the living room to have a direct line of sight to the toilet (awkward), the hot tub was broken, there was no microwave, and the owner insists on communicating via personal cell phone instead of via the app. They also had to be prompted to send check-in instructions, they were not readily available.In summation, it’s a really cute place for a small family trip, but definitely should be avoided for groups of friends or multiple couples.
