4800 SQF Black Mountain cabin with AMAZING views with the privacy of 4 acres and the convenience of paved mountain roads with easy access to Black Mountain and Asheville. Lots of space for family and friends to feel comfortable. Cabin includes hot tub, pool table, fire pit, outdoor fireplace, grille, two indoor fireplaces and so much more. Great cabin to spend your vacation relaxing or if you prefer to explore the great outdoors there is plenty of that too! 15 mins from downtown Black Mountain and 30 mins from Asheville.
Please note- the driveway is steep, going straight down as you enter. Take your time especially if you are not used to driving in the mountains.

Cancellation policy 96% refund if cancel 30 days prior to check in. 50% refund 14 days prior. No Refund less then 14 days before check in

Pets allowed- 2 max $100 pet fee
Check out is at 10am- you may be charged extra fee if checkout past 10am without prior approval. This home takes a while to clean because of size, so if we have a same day check in or out, we will not be able to accommodate early check in or check out. If we do not have same day we are happy to accommodate late or early check in/check out with advance notice. If you know you need a later check out please reach out before booking.

Community quiet hours are 11pm- 8am, please be mindful of noise levels, the mountains carry sound, so we ask that you are not outdoors after 11, especially if you have a large group.

Please place trash in garbage bins in garage, for longer stays and/or excessive amount of trash you can take trash to large trash bins at the bottom of the mountain- just before you get to the exit gate of Laurel Ridge.


There is special health risk involved when using hot tub and you are accepting those risk when using. There is potential danger for unsupervised children, as well as health risks if pregnant or intoxicated. Hot tub should be kept at temperature less then 104 degrees. Large groups and/or overuse of hot tub will cause hot tub to become dirtier quicker. Recommended to give 2-3 hours between hot tub use. Please be mindful of time in hot tub and personal hygiene prior to use. Guest accepts sole responsibility of accidents, medical conditions, or injury.

Please clean up any excessive messes, spills, etc. and throw away trash in trash cans. Any extra cleaning or deep cleaning that needs to be done by cleaning team may result in extra charges.

No Rvs, campers, recreational vehicles allowed in community.
