We booked this hotel based on reviews and pictures. It was rated decent, but the pictures look good. Both were wrong and the images were deceiving. This is a run-down, dirty, and forgotten Ramada. I am sure, at one point this was a quality Ramada, but it has since been forgotten and neglected. The rooms were dirty, shower was falling apart, the ceiling was peeling, and the beds, oh the beds! The beds were HORRIFIC! I have never expereinced anything like it! The springs were shot and in one spot on my wife was about 6 inches lower than myself and struggled all night trying to not fall off the bed. The only bright spot was the pool. My kids loved the pool.

This motel was understaffed. There were bags of garbage laying in the hallway. Carpet, stairs and hallway had mud clumps on them for the 2 days that we here there. The room had torn wallpaper, food and other debris on the walls and ceiling. This place was a just gross and dingy to stay at. The whole place needs a complete top to bottom cleaning and repair or just tear it down and start with something fresh and new.

Expedia showed this as a 2.5 star hotel. Maybe it was 50 years ago, but it looks like it has not been updated much since then. There was dirt and crumbs, along the floorboards in the hallways, and under the beds in the room. The shower rod was coming out of the wall in the bathroom, and there were many stains and cracks on the walls. Beds were OK. Sheets/Towels seemed clean. However pool area ran out of towels very early on and we were unable to get more. Breakfast was nothing special, and the waffle irons broke the second morning.

We didn't realize this was a party hotel. Woke up at 12:30 am with noisy neighbors. Called the front desk multiple times to see if management could get the partiers to quiet down. Our neighbors finally went to bed at 3:30 am. Good property if you want to party. Not so great if you want to sleep in peace and quiet.

The rooms were not that clean. We booked two rooms. The one room had a conjoining door, but they instead gave us a room 30 rooms away. ? When we asked if we could take the room next to us since we were a family, they said no. We found a bottle in one of the fridges and the chairs were dirty. Also, the pool area had the air conditioning on. The air was warmer in the hallway than in the pool room. Other people at the pool said the same thing. The water was warm but the room was so chilly it was uncomfortable. Finally, we asked for towels the first night we stayed because our room didnt have all thr towels it was supposed to have. They said they would being some and didn't. Next day they front desk person said they didn't have towels available until room service started their rounds. We also asked for more shampoo, same answer. By the time they came by our room, it was late morning and almost time to check out. Never going back.

First off, travelers need to know that there is no elevator. If you have knee issues or anything other issue that stairs impact you, make sure to get a first floor room. Be aware that you will be carrying your luggage up the stairs. Also, there was a man lying on the hall floor for the entire evening. At 11pm, a small child was in the hallway with the man screaming. His shoes were also left in the middle of the hallway. We called the front desk and the child continued to scream for about 30 minutes. I will not be staying here again. This hotel does have a good breakfast and staff are friendly.

Staff was not friendly and no smiles and welcoming. Toilet did not fill very well - took about an hour to refill the tank - no one around to fix. A lot of their pop and chip machines were out of order. No one around to welcome you to breakfast.

We stayed for 2 nights. It best a clean hotel. The beds were comfortable. Wish they gave you more than just 2 towels with 5 of us. But overall it was good hotel.

Property was a little sketch but the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The rooms were nice - ours was freezing and even with the heater on, we couldn't get it to warm up much past 66 degrees --- which was a major frustration point -- but we were tired so we slept and it's not like we did much else in our room.
