„We arrived in the middle of a severe thunderstorm. The rain continued the days we were there. The cabin access road washed out. I contacted Theresa and within a half an hour she had opened her private gate for us to gain access to the highway. Wonderful communication, wonderful environment, super cozy and clean The vibe is one of being alone in the middle of a beautiful hardwood forest. The water feature is natural. The hot tub is perfect. I can’t say enough about how much I love this place.“

„Lovely place to stay just outside Hot Springs! You have a view of the mountains, and yet it's only about a minute drive to downtown. We stayed in the Magnolia Suite which we thoroughly enjoyed. It's on the first floor, and it is very private and incredibly quiet suite! The room faces the front of the B&B with a view of the lawn, a pretty fountain and the mountains. „If you love historic places and beautiful architecture, then this is the place for you!!! The hot tub is awesome! There is a shopping mall downstairs! You MUST go to Mamoo’s Ice Cream in the downstairs shopping area. They make HANDMADE ice cream!!! I got some every night it was that good! You can walk to almost anything you want, a brewery, bathhouse row, the Ohio Club, and tons of shopping. This is our favorite place! We stay here every time we come to Hot Springs!!!“
