Located in downtown Birmingham, our property provides access to metered parking on the street (free after 5 p.m.) and a nearby paid parking lot. Please be aware that there is no onsite parking available on the premises.

Pool
Our pool is open seasonally from May to November. Please note that pool hours may vary, and we kindly ask you to respect our pool rules for everyone's safety and enjoyment

From the moment you arrive, this property is yours to enjoy. Relax, kick back, and feel free to make it your home during your visit. We want you to have a comfortable and memorable stay!!

My guest communication team will be here for you from 8 AM to 1 AM EST and can be reached by phone or through the platform app. We will always respond as quickly as possible to any questions or requests. While I respect your need for privacy, don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything during your stay!

To ensure a seamless check-in, we ask all guests to complete our quick and easy verification process through Enso Connect boarding pass, a trusted third-party service. This step is required by rental regulations and helps ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

You will be given an option to choose between a refundable $500 security deposit ($15 processing fee) or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. This is to protect both you and us during your stay. Please make sure to complete this verification prior to your arrival.

We go through great lengths to ensure we get the highest quality guest so we can continue to provide a 5-star home to all our guest.

No Smoking: $550 fine for smoking inside the property. (ozone treatment)
