Newly renovated and so close to everything! Conveniently located just off of Interstate 20, this property is 1 mile from Uptown, the Convention Center, and Protective Life Stadium. UAB and Samford University are both less than 5 miles away. Our cute and cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom place sleeps 4. We provide everything you need to have a great stay for your trip to Birmingham!

**Please be aware that access to your unit requires climbing no matter where you park. From the parking lot, guests have to use a smaller set of concrete stairs, and from the street, guests have to use a full flight of stairs.** Welcome to our 1 bedroom home that can comfortably sleep 4. As you enter, you will find yourself in the living room with a sofa bed and dining nook. The fully equipped kitchen is just off the living space. Down the hall is a full bathroom and the bedroom with a very comfy king-size bed! Some guests do not like our neighborhood, but we think it is great. We recognize that every guest has different life experiences. Please do not book this house if you think you won't like our neighborhood. If you decide to cancel after arriving, it will be subject to our moderate cancellation policy.

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
