Building Access: To enter the building and your unit, all guests must download the Grata App on your mobile device. We recommend doing this before you arrive to make your check-in process quick and easy!



Pool: Our pool is open seasonally from May to November. Please note that pool hours may vary, and we kindly ask you to respect our pool rules for everyone`s safety and enjoyment.



Pool Schedule:

Weekdays (Mon–Fri): 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Sunday: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM



~PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: The building is currently giving the lobby and some shared amenities little makeover, so you may notice some light noise or minor changes in the common areas. Your unit will be peaceful and unaffected. We`ve already adjusted the rate to reflect this — it`s lower than our usual summer pricing. We`re sharing this in advance because your experience matters to us, and we`d truly hate for something like this to impact your stay or lead to a less-than-great review. Thanks so much for your understanding!
