1.) Bed was broken in the middle and kept rolling to the center of the bed. 2.) had to go to the front deck 6 time and I ask for towels that were not in the room. 3.) had to go to the front deck for a change of sheets for the king bed since the ones that were on there were stained with only god knows what. 4.) had to go to the front decks at 6pm, 8pm, then 11:30 to ask for two pillows since there where only two pillows and extra sheet for the pull out couch bed 5.) got a drink from the bar Margarita on the rocks with Patron silver in a small whiskey, glass ended up costing me $58 when I checked my statement at check out when I only put a three dollar tip. 6.) Wi-Fi is not free ended up being charged $26 for one night of Wi-Fi 7.) I was told that check-in that breakfast was complementary when I got to breakfast we got a bill 8.) this was for one night stay check in Saturday night. Check out Sunday morning will not return. Will not recommend.

Bathroom door handle fell off in my hand. Light in shower out. No luggage carrier for taking luggage to our room. No luggage stand in room. Pretty sad hotel for a Marriott!! Never ever stay here again.

We booked two rooms with two queen sized beds. We were given two rooms with a king sized bed and a pull out couch instead. The matress of the pull out couch was small and uncomfortable. We were not offered any kind of compensation.

When I reserved my room I reserved 2 double beds. When I got there they claimed I only reserved a king bed, even though I had my itinerary. When I went to the lounge it took 20 mins for anyone to ask if I needed anything.

Wonderful stay
OMG the staff was so wonderful & the room was phenomenal! Also I left an IMPORTANT bag in the room & got more than 30 minutes back towards home before I realized it. I called the hotel & they quickly looked & they had it & held it at the front desk! Genuinely honest & caring staff

It’s a nice spot. A little ways from downtown, maybe 15 minutes. We felt safe here. Birmingham is getting a little sketchy.

The hotel was great; however, I was asked why I picked double beds and I stated it was cheaper. When I got up to my room, I had single bed and no microwave. I really needed a microwave in my room.

Great Service
Front desk was friendly and when the TV went out at 9:45pm during a football game - someone was at our door and had a new cable and remote installed in less than 15 minutes. Bar staff was great as well. Only complaint is the bed frame was broken.
