The Space:

Loft 307 balances quiet focus and relaxed charm. Set above Carrigan’s in The William’s bright atrium, the space feels open and peaceful — filled with natural light from the skylight above.



Inside, a queen bed and a queen memory-foam pull-out ensure restful sleep for up to four guests. A dedicated desk and fast Wi-Fi make it simple to work or study, while a Bluetooth-enabled record player and curated vinyl collection add a touch of Southern soul.



The fully equipped kitchen includes chef’s knives, cookware, bar tools, small-batch teas, assorted spices, and reusable paper towels, plus French press, Chemex, burr grinder, and locally roasted beans for slow mornings.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of their private loft apartment, including the fully equipped kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom. Each unit also has an in-unit washer/dryer, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi.



Entry to the building and apartment is keycard-controlled for security. You’ll receive clear instructions before arrival.



The hallways and common entry areas are shared with other residents and guests of The William.
