Nice outdoor seating area you can grill if you like there is a smoker grill you will just have to supply your charcoal. There is also parking in the rear of the home or you can park off the street .five minutes away from the crossplex Applebees grocery store ,shopping plaza ,and much more after you have bin out all day this is a beautiful home to come home and unwind this home does not allow parties. Or pets This is a no party house. Please follow the house rules any parties that are health here will be a $5000 penalty and there is no inside smoking any inside smoking will cost you $500 penalty.
