Amazing

Tolle Lage. Gro

We stayed for 3 nights over a weekend. The hotels location is quite good in the middle of a little shopping district near the Uni with couple of restaurants/shops and a big parking lot attached only a few steps from the hotel entrance away. The room was big enough and clean. Bathroom was good too! Check-in was ok but not really felt welcomed. The person at the front desk didn't really care and wasn't looking at us at all. It was difficult to find someone at the front desk during our stay. Not always someone there. Unfortunately we had a fire alarm in the second night at 2am and did not feel safe at all or taking cared off. The alarm never stopped for over an hour and we left the room to get the info that it was a false alarm taking place. We got down outside where firemen checked the premises and never got any info by the staff or and apology at all. At least I would have expected to be asked how we felt and asure us that all was fine at last. We stayed two more nights and nearly did not get any good sleep. Have contacted the hotel afterwards and never got a reply to my mail. Not a good sign.
