LOCATION( close to everything), BEACH ACCESS (1.5 block), WAGON, BEACH CHAIRS. The house very close the beach and Casinos. It is proximately 1,5 block to the beach. We made available to vrbo guest our NEWLY renovated vacation townhouse where is located at beach front residential neighborhood. The complex has in ground pool which operates (9am-10pm) through out the year, and it is just a few step across from the house. The townhome is located in a secured gated community. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, allowing 9 to sleep comfortably. All single beds have high- quality Memory Foam mattresses. The living/dining space has a 55 inch TV. Each bedroom has its own TV. All TVs are equipped with wi-fi connected Smart TVs that are loaded with unlimited Hulu and Netflix for your entertainment pleasures.
We were on vacation last Spring with my family and my son’s friend. My son and His friend had a great time swimming in the pool. They liked walking to do beach every day doing different activities such as playing with frisbee, collecting shells and diving in the water. I had a good time with them and benefited from the sunshine and gotten ten. We enjoy the seafood restaurants and locals hospitality. My husbant found a few spots to fishing during our stay. We took the kids to Mississippi Aquarium and a water park in the area. We also went water fall and a lake near by. We visited local art galleries, museums and antique stores in the area. We visited Bay St Louis (20 minutes drive) and went French Quarter in New Orleance City only after 45 minutes drive. Next day we went the near by another city called Mobil and took us an hour to get there. Following day we planed and gone to an Outlet near the Gulfport airport for shopping.. It was only 6 miles away. We also Next shopped we went the Village Mall (2 miles away). I found my self bought 2 Morracon mosaic cloored night Lamps which l fall in love. Later l installed two of them on the Master Bedroom’s wall. Well l went second time and bought Swan Neck style stand alone lamb. That one is sitting on side table by the Queen Bed at downstairs bedroom. I hope you will enjoy watching multicolor lights effect in the room before you fall asleep.

We provide bath, hand and face towels, extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. We also provide shampoo, hand soap, body soap, lotion, dishwasher and laundry detergent. There is a dual coffee brew by Hamilton Beach. We have Folgers brand regular coffee in the kitchen cabinet over the coffee machine waiting for you to make your fresh morning coffee.. You can also find flover coffee, tea sugar and milk powder on the counter next to coffee machine. We provide basic ingredients like salt, pepper and cooking oil. You will love the pots/pans, blender, food processor and toaster oven. Our kitchen is loaded with kitchen ware for your cooking needs. There are a few beach towels(at the first floor bathroom; please, check cabinet or drawers under the sink) and 4 beach chairs, We have an awesome beach wagon to hold all your beach gear. Gave fun at our large back deck with out door swing. Enjoy 4 head grill and dining table with chairs that waiting for you.

There are a lot of more activities to do and shows to see at Casinos, depend on when you are in the area. Fir out door people there is Fishing Boats tours daily. Jeep lovers are flooding to the beaches of South Mississippi for the festival that called ”Jeep-in' the Coast” during month ofJune and antique car lovers brings their antiques automobile to costal area that called “Cruising the Coast” during first week of the October. You can register to join Mississippi Marathon and Biloxi/Ocean Spring Bridges Half Marathon. You can take your family to Keesler Air Force Show. The show is called "Thunder Over the Sound” and it’s set for two-day event in May. U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds perform jaw-dropping aerial feats over the Mississippi Sound.

ROOM DESCRIPTION
* Upstairs Master Bedroom: 1 King bed (sleeps 2)and a play pan for a toddler to sleep and a day bed at the den. Can be used to sit and relax or is perfect for young child like to sleep closer his parents during vacation. The room has a working station w/desk under the TV with an antic chair. There are twi lamb by the bed side tables. Both lamb has build-in USB port. Two stylish mosaic night lamps mounted on the nooks walls net to the day bed. You can enjoy watching multicolor reflection before falling a sleep. Thus mater bedroom comes with 52” Smart TV and free wi-fi, endless channels, youtube, Netflix.
* Upstairs 2nd Master Bedroom has 4 twin bed in total ( 1 bunk bed has 2 twin bed and a day bed with 2 twin beds) Two side tables(one has a built in with USB port another ). A night lamp on a side table. Rooms comes with 32 “ Smart TV with free wi-fi connection. Sleeps 4
* Downstairs Bedroom has a Queen Bed. This room leads to a deck. It had a side table with USB port to charge your smart phone and has mosaic swan neck style night lamb. Room comes with 32” Smart TV and free wi-fi. sleeps 2
* All twin beds come with high quality Memory Foam mattresses. Both King and and Queen bed are good quality for your comfort.
*Each room has a flat-screen Smart TV and unlimited HULU and Netflix
* Living/Dining Area has a 50” Smart, flat screen Smart TV. We have unlimited HULU and Netflix and a portable fire place/Tv console.
* The Kitchen and pantry are stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, silver ware, 14 pieces pots/pans set, utensils, toaster, blender, food processor, slow cooker,
Hamilton Beach Keurig style Flex Brew 2 way coffee machine, can opener, cooking trays , grilling mat and grilling tools. etc.
*We provide a starter kit which includes essential such as bath towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, shampoo, hand soap, body wash, dish detergent, sponge, kitchen towel, and laundry detergent. salt & pepper, coffee. We have a Walmart nearby where additional essentials can be purchased as needed.

POOL

The shared outdoor swimming pool is managed by the complex manager usually opens from month of March until october even November if the weather permits. The owner/host do not control timing of the pool maintenance schedule. No refund is giving if pool is not functioning due to whether or maintenance .

WI-FI
Wi-fi is free fir our guest. Is not guaranteed amenity as weather plays a factor in its performance. No refund will be issued if WI-Fi is not available.

OUTSIDE AREA
* There’s a 4 burner and 1 side burner gas BBQ grill out doors dining set table with 6 chairs and 1 more chairs. Out door swing in the fenced beck deck.
* white Iron cast table and two chairs at the balcony’s at upstairs .
* Front porch has a white iron bench and one white single chair.
* The pool is near by the townhouse.
* The beach is a short stroll from the townhouse.
* 4 beach chairs, beach mat, a nice wagon and beach toys for kids
* We have two dedicated parking spots for this townhome
****Visiter parking by the gate.
****Note: NO Trailer Parking is available. but there is a trailer parking near facility close by with. Call me or text me for he address.
****Please use grilling mat when you grilling/ please clean after you done grilling.
****Before you check-out please take all your trash to the garbage bin next to the gate and make sure to submit check-out. Next you would be ask to write a review that is very important to to us.
***There is a 5 MPH speed limit that is strictly enforced inside the community gates. ***

*There are 12 casinos in the area (Gulfport/Biloxi).
*The airport located 15 minutes(6 miles) away from the Townhouse.
*There is an outlet for your shopping not to far from the airport as well.
*The village mall is only 2 miles away.
*You can also enjoy visiting water park, local museum and eating seafood at local restaurant too.
