The staff were nice, but the overall condition of the hotel was absolute garbage. Super dirty, smells really bad, bed was really hard, pillows had the physical appearance of being at least 10 years old (I have sheets with more fluff than what these pillows had), & didn't even trust sleeping under the covers. Ended up sleeping on top of the covers in fear of being eaten by bed bugs. Virtually zero security measures for this place as anybody can walk in off the street through any access door to the building. Their computer system is apparently just as outdated as the rest of the property because they can see that you booked a room with them through Expedia, but can't process the booking, so they have to manually book you in their way, & then not even be able to give you the room you initially booked. They also ask for your card or cash as a security deposit, even though that's included in your reservations through Expedia. Speaking of being outdated, there's no exterior sign stating it's the hotel you're looking for. It's still physically under the old hotel & casino name "The Vegas" that it was many years prior per the signage outside. Lastly, the pictures provided of the hotel & rooms look nothing like what they have posted, physically MUCH worse. I suggest just spending a little more money per night & stay elsewhere. These hotel rooms are also people's physical longterm addresses that are being used as apartments. Not ideal for short stay travelers.
