Bonus: your vacation rental features an enclosed storage area with a bait/ice freezer, two bicycles, two kayaks, and plenty of beach chairs.

The open-style layout of the home makes it easy for your group to socialize and unwind together. Stretch out in the living area and stream favorite shows on the smart TV. Or, step outside to the furnished balcony where you can enjoy the breeze through the palm trees as you sip refreshing beverages. Back inside, the well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances. Once meals are prepared, grab a seat at the four-person kitchen bar or the adjacent dining table that also seats four. Additional perks of this home include central AC and a washer/dryer.

For those guests bringing boats, please note that there is one bridge with approximately 7-foot clearance. Large boats or those with high fixed T-Tops may have clearance issues.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
