„The house is a great meeting place for a large family. The courtyard was great for the kids because it’s completely fenced in. They enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the guest house does not have a full bathroom and the house is a little rundown. Other than that, Our family enjoyed our stay.“

„A great option for a stay in Marfa. The house was exactly as advertised and spotlessly clean. The owner was in touch the whole time and very responsive. One shower did not get hot but as there was another it wasn't hugely inconvenient. It's on a quiet edge of town, which was nice for sleeping but still really convenient to drive, or a nice walk, to the center of things.“

„At first glance, the property was great--neat and in a great location. But some things were less than ideal--the beds only had a bottom sheet--no top sheet, just a comforter. The linens, while clean, we're a bit old as they all had pilled. The bathroom mat was not clean. The outside furniture is not useable. And the parking arrangement was confusing--we finally did hear from the property owner, hoping that how we had parked for 2 days already was okay.“
