• Please respect our neighbors, local wildlife, and the peaceful atmosphere. Noise travels easily across the desert landscape, and neighbors are very mindful of quiet hours.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• The maximum occupancy is 8 guests; no additional visitors are permitted.
• We welcome one well-behaved pet with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure your pet is supervised and cleaned up after at all times.

Please note that this lovely property features two homes. The second house is nestled in the back area and is occupied by full-time tenants.

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
