The Space:

Nestled in the midst of tall pines just a mile from town and Lake Gregory, lies this snugly cabin. Featuring an open concept main floor with gorgeous wood ceilings, a brick fireplace, an updated kitchen, and a deck off the dining area. The main level also has a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom. Downstairs you'll find two bedrooms with queen beds and a recently renovated bathroom. This well-appointed cabin is perfect for a weekend getaway!

-Strict sound ordinance

-25 year age minimum for booking

-Pets allowed with approval and pet fee of $25 per pet per day

-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through abnb

-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over

-External contract to be signed

-Mailbox access is not permitted. Please use the nearest post office.

-To keep communication simple, we request only speaking directly with the main host on their booking platform. Any additional guests are welcome to call or text our company number.

-30 night minimum

-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.

-The county requires all vehicles to have chains on board during the winter months

-The driveways and walkways will be cleared of snow for your arrival

-Salt and a shovel are provided for use throughout your stay

-Additional snow removal services available for an additional fee

-Snow is not guaranteed and refunds will not be provided if there is not snow

-The California mountain weather varies. All guests are responsible for checking road and weather conditions prior to their arrival. No refunds will be provided for normal winter mountain weather
