THE SPACE
The main living area is designed around the lake, with expansive glass walls, vaulted ceilings, rich wood flooring, motorized drapes, and sleek electric shades creating a bright, modern setting with uninterrupted water views. The gas fireplace and oversized 85-inch TV anchor the living room, while the glass walls open fully to the wraparound deck for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The fully equipped kitchen features touch-activated built-in appliances, clean modern finishes, generous counter space, and everything needed for relaxed meals or group entertaining. The open layout keeps the kitchen connected to the living and dining areas while maintaining uninterrupted views of the lake.

Two King suites are located downstairs, both with lake views and patio access. The primary suite features a King bed, walk-in closet, floor-rising TV, sliding glass wall, and a spa-style bathroom with dual sinks, marble soaking tub, and rain shower.

Pet Policy
This home is not pet-friendly. Guests traveling with pets are welcome to explore our pet-friendly Big Bear Lakefront Cabins properties. Unauthorized animals may result in additional cleaning charges of up to $250.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and standard kitchen essentials, making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

Lake Access
Guests may enjoy direct lakefront access and use of the private boat dock, subject to current lake conditions and seasonal water levels. Water levels may affect dock access, and the dock may not accommodate all boats.


GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Guests must comply with Big Bear Lake's Good Neighbor Policy and applicable local vacation rental regulations.
