THE SPACE
The main living area features high ceilings, large windows, and plenty of natural light, creating a warm and comfortable mountain setting. A gas fireplace anchors the room, while the 75-inch flat-screen TV with soundbar makes it easy to settle in for a relaxed evening after exploring Big Bear.

The fully equipped kitchen includes basic cookware, dishes, utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, rice cooker, blender, and everything needed for simple meals during your stay.

Outside, enjoy the private hot tub, gas fire pit, and lake-view deck with a retractable awning. The backyard is fenced, although one portion of the fence is approximately 36 inches high.

The garage has been converted into a game room with a pool table and poker table, providing another space for the group to relax and spend time together. The garage is not available for vehicle parking.

This home has a strict no-pet policy due to homeowner allergies. Pets are not permitted at the property. Guests traveling with pets are welcome to explore our pet-friendly Big Bear Lakefront Cabins properties. Unauthorized animals may result in additional cleaning charges of up to $250.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and standard kitchen essentials, making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.
