EDGEWATER ESCAPE- close to Village and Ski Resorts

Escape to our custom family cabin on Big Bear Lake in highly desirable Gilner Point. Spacious open floorplan with large rooms, high ceilings, well lit and modern farmhouse furnishings. Surrounded by pines, across the street from the Lake, we are just a few minutes drive to the Village and short drive to Snow Summit/Bear Mountain resorts. Private front deck with BBQ and patio furniture, provides beautiful views of the forest across the lake. Our cabin is located on a cul-de-sac, steps away from Holloway's Marina where you can rent a pontoon or fishing boat, jetski or kayak (i.e. quite location, no through traffic and no Hwy 18 noise). It is a completely fenced property (gates are removed in the winter) where you can let medium size dogs roam. It's great room allows people in kitchen still be a part of the group and see the TV during food preparation (not isolated rooms). Our large dining room table can seat 10 and 3 more can sit at the kitchen island.

More about the cabin: Our kitchen is fully equipped (except for food) and has a large island for food preparation/serving. All TVs have ROKU where you can sign-in as a guest to your own streaming service. Wi-Fi is also available. The game room in the loft has a queen bed, arcade, foosball table, poker table, bumper pool, boards games, puzzles and a lake view! The front deck provides a perfect quite place for breakfast or BBQ dinner with a table and 6 chairs, an additional 4 Adirondack chairs and a charcoal BBQ (available durikng the summer). Full size washer/dryer are available for guest use. Basic toiletries, linens, towels, dishwasher soap, hand soap, trash bags are also provided.
