Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted at this property. If you are traveling with a service animal, please notify the host in advance and follow any applicable guidelines or requirements.
Guests traveling with a service animal are responsible for cleaning up after their animal both inside the home and in any common areas to help maintain a clean environment for everyone. Service animals should not be left unattended in the property unless otherwise approved by the host.
Any damage or additional cleaning required as a result of a service animal during your stay is the responsibility of the guest and may result in additional charges.
Guests must also comply with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding animal control, including leash requirements and proper waste disposal.

Damage Reporting
Please report any damage that occurs during your stay to the Guest Contact as soon as possible.

Maximum Occupancy
The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. This is a strict limit and must not be exceeded at any time. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in fines, immediate termination of your stay, and additional charges.

Fireplace
Firewood is stored next to the back patio for your convenience. The fireplace accommodates both gas and wood. The gas control valve is located next to the fireplace, with the key positioned nearby. Before starting a fire, ensure the flue or chimney is fully open to allow for proper ventilation. Turn on the gas and use the lighter located on top of the fireplace to ignite it. Once the wood is burning well, turn off the gas.
Please burn only dry, seasoned firewood to help minimize smoke and sparks. Keep the mesh screen closed at all times while a fire is burning, never leave the fireplace unattended, and ensure the fire is completely extinguished before leaving the home or going to bed. Before check-out, please dispose of all cooled ashes in the designated ash can.
