The cabin is located in a quiet, low-traffic neighborhood at the end of the street, creating a peaceful setting ideal for relaxing mountain stays. The area is a mix of full-time locals and vacation rentals, offering a friendly and laid-back Big Bear feel. You’re close to the action while still enjoying privacy and calm surroundings.

A convenience store and Big Bear Pho are within walking distance for quick essentials or an easy meal. The Village and the lake are just a short 2-minute drive away, and some guests choose to walk, which typically takes about 20–30 minutes depending on pace and weather.

🌙 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM, in accordance with Big Bear city ordinance. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.

🧒 Balconies: Children are not permitted on balconies unattended. Adult supervision is required at all times.

🛝 Playground & Outdoor Areas: The private playground and outdoor spaces are for guest use at your own discretion. Adult supervision is required for children.

🧺 Basement Access: The basement is locked. If laundry access is needed, adults only may enter.

🧖‍♂️ Wood-Burning Sweat Tent: Use of the outdoor sweat tent is optional and at your own risk. Adult supervision is required at all times, and children are not permitted to use it alone.

🐾 Pets: Please keep pets leashed when outdoors and do not leave them unattended, especially at night.

🐿️ Wildlife Awareness: Big Bear is a mountain environment. Guests may encounter squirrels, coyotes, and other native wildlife, which can be harmful to pets. Please keep food secured and remain aware of your surroundings.

🚭 Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts properly and safely.
Music: Amplified music may not be heard beyond the property line at any time (24/7).

No Parties or Events: This home is for registered guests only.

Occupancy & Parking: Maximum guest and vehicle limits must be followed. No street parking at any time. Max Guest:11 and Max Cars: 3

Pets: Pets must not be left unattended. Incessant barking may result in a $500 city fine.

Spa / Hot Tub (if applicable): Closed from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM per city rules.

Trash: Trash may not be stored outside. Please use designated Clean Bear disposal sites if bins are full.

Fire Safety: No wood-burning fire pits. Dispose of fireplace or BBQ ashes only as instructed.

Failure to follow these rules may result in fines, immediate cancellation, or eviction without refund.
