„Very nice place to stay“

„As always overall a good choise. Just, this time not lucky with the first room we checked in, dirty, but got a transfer right away. No problem.“

„This is a great property that’s conveniently located between Norwood, Oakley, and Hyde Park. It was very and not extremely busy! Hate that you have to pay to park but that would be my only complaint.“

„My stay was great but they should really add an elevator. I was not aware they didn't have one, which caused some complications with luggage. Travel light if you're staying here.“

„Das Einchecken und das Zimmer mit der Grösse und Einrichtung waren grundsätzlich gut. Leider konnte die Klimaanlage die ganze Zeit nicht für uns korrekt eingestellt werden. Zudem ist sie so verbaut, dass der Luftzug voll auf Bett gerichtet ist und wir so Halsschmerzen etc. erwischt haben. Es wäre nach uns zu prüfen wie eine Optimierung durchgesetzt werden könnte.“

„We stayed here for one night, the hotel room was dirty, the carpets are very dirty and the whole place smelt like dirty mop water. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am but when we went to breakfast at 9:30am most of the hot food items were empty and when we asked the worker if she was going to come out to replace it with more she said no because they are closing soon. This made no sense!! There was still a half an hour left of breakfast. We heard many others around us say the same ...

„I wonder if this hotel is understaffed. The staff who were there were very nice, but we had to get things for ourselves--more tissues off the housekeeping cart. Also, I said in advance I needed non-feather pillows, because I'm allergic to feather. No one switched the feather for foam before I got there, and then they only had one foam pillow to give me! (Which they handed to me in the lobby, so I carried it up myself.)“
