„Parking was good and everything worked in the room correctly “

„What i like: Plenty of room. Good coffee. Friendly staff. Bed comfortable. Didnt like: Some stains on bedding , floor is dirty, my feet got filthy. Need hand rail to get out of shower. Different shower curtain, water got on the floor.“

„The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and nicely appointed, very comfortable. Many shops and restaurants are located at Rookwood Commons -- a very short walk, and Hyde Park Square is less than a mile away. Very easy access to downtown Cincinnati and other points of interest. Yet, the hotel grounds are quiet and adjacent to a nice walk/bike trail. “

„Das Einchecken und das Zimmer mit der Grösse und Einrichtung waren grundsätzlich gut. Leider konnte die Klimaanlage die ganze Zeit nicht für uns korrekt eingestellt werden. Zudem ist sie so verbaut, dass der Luftzug voll auf Bett gerichtet ist und wir so Halsschmerzen etc. erwischt haben. Es wäre nach uns zu prüfen wie eine Optimierung durchgesetzt werden könnte.“

„Beautiful hotel, designed in a 1960s meets modern style. Very clean. They stock the fridge in the suite with sodas, which are complementary. Great restaurant. Awesome staff. 5 star stay. Rolled my eyes at the $10 overnight parking fee. The garage looked otherwise free and you’re in some very empty suburbs that aren’t struggling for space. Do better here and eliminate that charge. “

„Check in, bar, and valet were superb We ate at Subito for dinner and everything was excellent. Breakfast, on the other hand, was understaffed. We left after being seated for 30 minutes without seeing a waitress. Room service coffee was terrible but the Starbucks at the bar was great. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will be back“
