„Our 5th time at this jewel of a property! Couldn't ask for a better location or host. Although it was quite rainy during our stay, it was still very relaxing watching the rainfall from inside of the comfortable and cool condo. Mark knew that the rainfall would be higher than normal due to La Nina weather pattern and offered to move my reservations because of this. Unfortunately, I couldn't move move them because of work obligations but it was extremely considerate of him to offer.La Nina“

There is plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance to Villa Jazmin (consider that there is no walking trail by the road though). „This was our family’s first international trip. The condo was perfect for us. Our kids, 14, 12, and 10, had a blast in the pool and ocean. The boogie boards were so fun to have and provided for hours of entertainment. The location was spectacular. We loved the beach - it was so quiet and peaceful and you can’t beat the view. „First, the description was accurate and check in was a breeze. David was proactive asking about out arrival times etc, letting us know the space was avaiable early and notified us we could check out late if needed. This property was perfect for us to explore nearby beaches, restaurants and a lovely spot to just hang. We love having the shade on the deck in the morning and watching the stellar sunsets. „Great place, amazing view, place is on 2nd floor no elevator. Communicate was not the greatest hard to contact someone at regular number only by Emergency #. Checkout list was not listed on confirmation or told there was a check out to do list till the day before check out and do to bad reception/cell service we didn’t know till the next day.“
