„First, the description was accurate and check in was a breeze. David was proactive asking about out arrival times etc, letting us know the space was avaiable early and notified us we could check out late if needed. This property was perfect for us to explore nearby beaches, restaurants and a lovely spot to just hang. We love having the shade on the deck in the morning and watching the stellar sunsets. Highly recommend. “

Extremely comfortable king bed in master and plenty of towels and linens, and a well stocked kitchen as well. Pool was only steps away and very refreshing. The unit was a little on the dark side and the complex attracted a lot of seniors, but overall, a 5 star stay!“

„My cousins and I stayed here to experience Playa de Coco. This house allowed us to be extremely close to shops and restaraunts. We werent able to use the pool due to the rain. But the area was beautiful! Easy check in process. Definitely recommend this house! “

„Perfekte Wohnung. Sehr schön eingerichtet , sehr sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt (und mehr). Der Blick über den Golf von Papagayo und die Sonnenuntergänge sind spektakulär. Ilya ist ein phantastischer Gastgeber, die Wohnungsübergabe war sehr detailliert. Er hat bis zur Funktion der Waschmaschine und des Trockners alles erklärt und uns anschließend noch durch die Anlage geführt. Da er gleich in der Nähe wohnt kam er bei Fragen sofort vorbei. Sehr empfehlenswert!“

„Ilya was a very attentive host. He responded quickly to all of our questions and requests. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook a few meals. The pools were incredible and it’s a very short walk to the beach. One thing to note, it’s on a hill and there are lots of steep paths to get around the complex. There are some stairs too. “
