They took money for room but I couldn't afford the ridiculous 2X from rate incidental charge to your credit card for 10 days. Totally screwed. At 57 years old, left with no place to stay with a roof because of simple greed. Icing on the cake...nonrefundable. I lost the only money I had for lodging so I was left to sleep in my car at a truck stop...40 degrees and raining. My advice...run far!

We do apologize for the inconvenience that was caused due to your situation and the requirements of the deposit. Although it is clearly stated in the reservation guidelines on the third party booking sight many overlook it at the time of booking. A 150.00 deposit is required at check-in for all guests, this allows us to protect the property from damages and smoking. Most if not all hotels, have this rule. It does show you only booked for 1 night and a one time courtesy refund was processed which can take 7-10 business days to be returned. Further more you did curse and yell at our front desk agent that was attempting to explain the policies and rules for the third party booking agency and our establishment. We ask that next time you please read over all rules and required deposits before booking at any hotel, and we will not be welcoming you back to ours. We have zero tolerance when it comes to cursing and ill behavior. We wish you the best and hope your situation gets better.

Staff was wonderful!!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was nice, too. My only complaint is that the shower was not cleaned before we checked in. There was still someone else’s hair on the shower wall and some stains. Other than that everything was great.

The hotel outside had signs that states “please pardon our appearance renovating” Didn’t see much of that going on. Hallways going to stairwell and carpeting were filthy and smelled terrible. Room was fair, towels in bathroom were basically thrown on towel rack, not folded, A/C would only go down to 68 and it was hot and uncomfortable. Last morning of stay was woken up around 8:15a to banging out in hallway. I had hung the Do not disturb sign on door to sleep in but housekeeper pounded on the door several times and asked her to stop knocking on the door, she asked if I was getting out and this was at 9:30a I told no I wasn’t leaving until about 11am which is check out time she began yelling outside the door, I asked her to please leave me alone so I felt harassed for sure to leave so she could clean the room. Unprofessional and disrespectful to say the least.

The deluxe King suite that I paid $120 for one night was absolutely nothing like they showed in the pictures the whole hotel look like it was an old church redone into a hotel the only difference between the deluxe suite and a regular hotel room I think was just the size other than that. there was nothing fancy about it. I should’ve just gotten a regular room. Other than that. Everything else was perfect. Staff was great. Food was excellent. It was crazy.

The window of the room could not be opened, so the room was not ventilated and there was no fresh air circulation. The room smells damp and rotten! Feeling bad for people's health!

Very disappointed as you rated this property as Good. It was Poor at best. YOU MUST INSPECT THIS PROPERTY NOW!! I have pictures for you to see. The carpet in my room was not only dirty But also unsafe! I'm disabled and there was No elevator and all their rooms on the first floor were suppose to being renovated.

The location was excellent as far as accessibility to so many store, restaurants, etc; Hotel was a little dated condition wise. Carpet in my room had a distinct smell. Staff was excellent. Was a good stay.
