Great house for the family, or group of friends. Very clean, games, all kitchen utensils available for cooking, no need to bring anything, everything you need you will find. TVs on all rooms. Amazing views to go for a walk, lots of fun activities nearby.

Overall good, shower not plumbed correctly.

Ha not been cleaned prior to arrival but owner was quick to resolve and issued partial cleaning fee refund (Thanks!). Only concern is that the shower could really hurt somebody (especially kids). It does not work like it should and easily creates condition where scalding hot water seems to be the only choice. You have to set the diverter knob to just the right spot then rotate the handle 3/4 to the right and pull it toward you. Hot water comes out even if the handle is pushed in. No water should come out at all when the handle is in. Fix that and everything will be great. Nice and quiet (although there wasn’t anyone staying in the attached neighboring apartment at the time). Would stay there again.

Winter fun on a brutally cold weekend

The cabin offered plenty of space for 4 adults and has been updated nicely. The snacks, sodas and fully-stocked keurig coffee station were a nice perk! Location was great, only 10 min drive to Bretton Woods. If it continues to be available for winter rental, some extra blankets and insulation as well as a coat rack would be helpful. It happened to be -11 degrees on our first night and not much warmer the second night. The little wall heater units couldn’t keep up, the floors were freezing, and each bed had only one blanket. One last little thing, the shower control wasn’t working correctly and only scalding hot water came out of the shower head.

Everything was Perfect

The area was out of the way and very quiet. Finding it and getting in was easy, once inside we saw a beautiful, clean, spacious, well lite rooms. Kitchen was well stocked with extras. We had a wonderful time there and look forward to going back in the future.

Pro's/Cons/Improvements

The place was amazing and very welcoming. Snacks and coffee (K-Cup maching stocked was very nice to come to. Host was very nice and helpful as well as accommodating. Even went out to buy a grill for us Cons/Improvements would be 1. More sturdy air vents as they were very flimsy and people tripped over them constantly. 2. Ceiling/Portable fans and or A/C units for living room and kitchen. 3. Updated A/C's for bedroom next to living room as it didn't cool very well at all. 4. Towels and more forks and knives for the kitchen. 5. Seal windows and doors as bugs did get in a lot Overall a great place and would love to stay there again (plan to) and would recommend this place to anyone Easily 5 out of 5

Okay Property

Lots of bugs, mosquitoes, spiders. Not reflective on the cleanliness of the property it is simply where it is located. As soon as you open your car door to get out of the car here you will meet the aggressive mosquitoes. There was a mishap in which the code I was given for the door was incorrect but when I called the host immediately answered and rectified the issue. No big deal. Nice appliances. Can tell the place has been remodeled recently. Over a solid place if you don’t mind the bugs. 4/5.
