This spacious house boasts four inviting bedrooms, 7 beds, and an impressive 5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. For added convenience, three of the bedrooms come with private attached bathrooms, and the master suite even features a walk-in closet for your comfort and storage needs.

There is even a private office that can fit two at a desk!

But that's not all; our home offers an exceptional feature that sets it apart—a state-of-the-art Hydropool hot tub that can comfortably seat 6 guests at once. The entire property besides for one storage closet.
If you need to dispose of trash please do so at the Bethel Transfer Station. Their hours are Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday 9AM-4PM.

Guests agree to abide by the following house rules:

No smoking or vaping inside the premises.

No pets are allowed on the property.

Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am.

No ski boots or ski gear are allowed inside the house; please use the designated mudroom for storage.

Vehicles must be parked in the driveway only.

Guests are responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary property during their stay.

All trash must be removed from the premises and disposed of properly. If trash is left post checkout guests will be subject to a $50 disposal fee.

No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed on the property without prior written consent.

Please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum.

No flushing anything down the toilet besides for toilet paper.

There is no garbage disposal. Please do not dispose of anything besides for liquids down the kitchen sink.

Guests are liable for any damage to the property and will pay 100% of the equivalent replacement cost for any item damaged or destroyed.

Hot Tub Rules: Guests agree to follow these hot tub rules:

No glass or food is allowed in or near the hot tub.
Shower before entering the hot tub to maintain water quality.
Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult while using the hot tub.
Please keep noise levels down near the hot tub during quiet hours.
Please keep the lid on the hot tub at all times if it is not in use.
Please shock pool and add chlorine after use (instructions in the house)

Grill Rules: Guests agree to follow these grill rules:

Grill operation is permitted only by adults.
Turn off the gas supply and burners after use
Clean the grill after use.
