The worst part of the hotel was the smell of smoke, like a bbq smoker, that seeped all around the hotel. I could smell it laying in bed in the second floor. You couldn’t escape it. The room was spacious and clean; the staff was so friendly. I stay at the Hyatt Place in Fayetteville frequently. The staff recognized me as a frequent guest, which was nice.
