This apartment includes two cozy bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with two queens — perfect for couples or small groups. Soft linens, extra pillows, and a quiet setting make it easy to rest up between ski days.

There’s one clean and functional full bathroom with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Simple, tidy, and convenient for groups or families.

The full kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and a dining table for shared meals. The open living area features comfortable couches and a gas fireplace — the ideal place to relax after a long day on the slopes.

Out front, you’ll find a small outdoor area with a gas grill and space to enjoy a warm-weather cookout. During the winter, enjoy mountain views from the front steps — Big Powderhorn is just down the street!

You’ll have exclusive access to your private apartment with keyless entry. The game room and laundry area downstairs are shared with other units in the building.

This is the most convenient ski getaway in the Western UP! You’ll be staying at Lupendorf – a unique, alpine-style apartment designed for a comfortable and easy winter experience.



Other Things to Note:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
