"Endless Summer" is on the canal at Moonshell Dr. Located on the St Martins River, North of the Rt 90 bridge in Ocean Pines. Centrally located, close to downtown Ocean City, MD, "the boardwalk", bustling West OC and historic Berlin, MD. Explore Assateauge Island, Del. beaches all minutes' drive in the amenity filled [pools, golf, pickle ball, tennis, trails and parks] OP community. Linens, cleaning team and beach club parking included. Must be 25 or older or military service.
The space
We continue to insert CV-19 protocols with a 3pm or later check-in. And we want weekend to weekend only reservations in the Summer and usually have a six-night minimum. With over 2,100 sq ft to relax and with nice porches and decks, 12 Moonshell is your vacation paradise. Beautiful, clean waterfront home with three bedrooms [king, queen, two singles and a nice floor loft with water views and potential additional sleeping area with TVs in every room.
First floor Master BR and full spa like bathroom, 2nd floor bath with double sinks, 1st floor 1/2 bath, Queen sleep sofa in the 1st floor living room.
Sleeps 8 well but can accommodate 10 and multiple seating areas both indoor and outdoor allow guests to relax, refresh and spend quality time
Boat dock with lights, power and water.
Central A/C, Gas Heat, Washer and Dryer, Ceiling Fans in every room
Gourmet Kitchen, stocked pots and pans, two types of coffee makers and higher end Appliances
Covered outdoor porch with misting system, Sun deck, plus a 3 season screen room

Ocean Pines is filled with "pay to play" amenities, such as golf, tennis courts, and swimming pools. Perfect for family vacations, weekend getaways, golf outings, or extended family gatherings. Beat the hustle and congestion of O.C with a stay at 12 Moonshell Drive Ocean Pines, MD. If you feel the need to see Ocean City, use our parking pass for the Beach Club on 50th street.

Guest access
During your visit to 12 Moonshell, you have access to the Beach Club Parking lot in Ocean City and at the entire house; family board games, backyard activities, kayak rental, paddle board rental, bikes and all the community activities (some have small fee$). Crab or fish off the 40' private dock or bring your own fifty foot boat. Ocean Pines amenities include tennis, basketball, bocce courts, hiking/biking trails, community pools, playgrounds, live music, movie nights, farmers market, golf, marinas and boat ramp, skateboard park and local dining/shopping. The home is tastefully decorated in a beach theme, comfortable furniture, open spaces, modern conveniences and attention to detail. Clean bed linens and towel sets provided for guests.
Other things to note
Ocean City is a minutes drive away. This makes your beach vacation stress free. Spend a day at the beach and return home for relaxing meal, family time and more fun on the water or using all of the Ocean Pines community activities.
