Leider wurde in 7 tagen nur einmal die Handtücher gewechsel und gesaugt. Richtig gereinigt wurde garnicht. Einrichtung ist gut. Küche funktioniert. Sehr zentral gelegen. Bus vorder Tür.

es war sehr schön, alles sauber und die ÖVP‘s waren alle einfach zu erreichen etwas komisch das es wirklich sonst keinen Ansprechpartner gab während des Aufenthaltes. Außerdem war die Ausschilderung für Müll und Wäsche etwas unübersichtlich

Das Haus ist anscheinend seit einem Monat in Betrieb, alles sehr neu! Leider aber machte der Kühlschrank beim einschalten des Kompressors laute Geräusche dass man ihn nachts abschalten musste! Der aufgeforderte Techniker konnte während unserem Aufenthalt leider nichts ausrichten war aber sehr freundlich und bemüht, die Abluft im Bad ist auch relativ laut, Türe schliessen ist Pflicht! Aber grundsätzlich sehr zu empfehlen, Bushaltestelle M41 Willy Brandt Haus ist direkt vor der Haustür! Gerne wieder

First off, I liked staying here but a few small notes. The apartment has a small kitchen but lacked dish detergent and tea towels - I would expect that to be supplied. The kitchen has a convection top but no manual on how to operate it. After trying to make it work for about an hour, I finally had to call the support number. For non-convection users, it would be good to include instructions. The friendly support person was able to help me. The shower pressure was excellent and the bathroom is big but due to the construction of the shower booth, water spilled into the bathroom (laying down a towel fixed that). The apartment is spacious but there is no seating area. There is a small table with two dining room chairs but no couch or more comfortable chairs. The TV is situated in the bedroom but I don't want to watch TV from the bed. On the plus side, the apartment is very well located, shopping and restaurants close by (two supermarkets within a couple of minutes walking distance), the building was quiet, entry, all digital, was easy and when I had to get in touch support was friendly and efficient.

Great place to stay - very clean, comfortable, good room size and small kitchen really handy. Walking distance to underground train station to get into the centre of Berlin takes 5 mins! Would highly recommend to anyone. Only negative - could've done with extra pillows in the room.

Great location but the bathroom smelled smoke?
Good location with a bus stop outside the door, pretty convenient check in and the room was big. The pretty big down side was that the bathroom smelled very much smoke, like it come from the ventilation and went in to the bathroom.. didn't feel fresh. Pretty wierd.

Having no slippers in the room was a bad experience, that's something I'd expect from such a nice hotel room. Additionally, the soap box was almost empty, it was filled with water to ensure the entire box was used. I understand sustainability perspective definitely, but it's also possible to add some soap in the box along with water. Last thing is about the shower. It was only after I burnt myself that I realized how to use the shower faucet, it would be great if you could put some sort of instructions or warning so that people can understand that the right side is temperature and not cold water.
