• You will have access to the entire home and yard! The home sits on a beautiful large lot surrounded by tall trees. We have a private hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining, & gas grill in the backyard for your enjoyment.

• We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!

• All of our TVs are smart TVs and setup for you to stream from your own accounts.

• Initial toiletry items provided for kitchen, bathrooms (two rolls of Toilet Tissue per bathroom), and laundry (additional supplies are the guests' responsibility)

• We have driveway space for about 5-6 vehicles depending on size

• Please no street parking

• Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay: this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas

• Nice quiet neighborhood nestled on a hill above the Coler Creek Trail system & .25mi off the N Walton paved trail

• Please respect our neighbors who live here full time and observe our quiets hours between 10pm-8am, 7 days a week

• You can walk or bike very easily if you choose. However, if you're not up for walking/biking after a long day on the trails or at the Crystal Bridges museum then there is plenty of parking on or just off the Bentonville square and it is very easy to navigate.

• We have a large circle drive that can easily accommodate approximately 5-6 vehicles depending on size. The garage has a Tesla charger that can be extended to the driveway for charging.
