Experience a luxury stay in this curated Slaughter Pen biking paradise! Featuring a beautiful patio with a grill and outdoor seating, fully stocked & modern kitchen, and plenty of room to hang out, this place has it all! Steps away from the flow hub mountain bike connector, less than a mile from downtown and Crystal Bridges, and perfect for any group size, we can’t wait to host your epic trip to Northwest Arkansas! We are able to accommodate up to 24 guests with the optional conjoined property!



The Space:

The space offers so much room for guests up to 11, with the conjoining property able to accommodate 13 more! As you walk in the home, you will see the first bedroom and en suite bathroom to the right, with two bunks: twins up top, one queen and another twin on bottom. The garage and front door access are here! Up the first flight of stairs, you’ll find the living space connected to the fully stocked kitchen and front porch, equipped with brand new TV’s, Blackstone grill, and seating. There is a half bath off the kitchen as well. Up the final flight of stairs, you’ll see the gorgeous master bedroom and bathroom, along with another twin bunk bed in this room to maximize guest space. Down the hall, there’s the laundry facilities and another queen bed with an en suite bathroom.



Guest Access:

You will receive the front door and the garage code upon check-in. Parking instructions will also be sent at this time! You have full access to the home, except for 3 owner closets that are locked throughout the house.



The Neighborhood:

Being located literal steps away from the Slaughter Pen Flow Hub Connector provides exceptional access to NWA’s mountain biking scene, with trails for every experience level.



Getting Around:

This property is a 5 minute drive (or bike!) to Crystal Bridges, 4 minutes to downtown, 7 minutes to The Momentary, and 9 minutes to Coler Mountain Bike Preserve! Everything you could want to experience in NWA is minutes away from our luxurious and cozy, welcoming home.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed at this property, but must be approved prior to your stay. Please reach out prior to booking if you plan to bring a pet! The pet fee does apply to all pets. The pet fee is $40 per pet, per stay. Your pet is not allowed on furniture at any time, and is required to be crated when left alone in the house. You will be fully responsible for cleaning up your pets waste out of the yard and extra fees will apply for any and damage left my your pet.

Please do keep in mind that this is a neighborhood, so although there is space between houses, please be respectful and keep the noise level to a minimum between 10pm-8am.

There is a camera located at the front door that is capable of recording video and audio at all times, however, this camera CANNOT see inside the home at all.
